This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, services, communications, and authorized integrations.

By accessing our website, interacting with our content, or using any of our Services – including AI tools, analytics dashboards, automations, or SMS programs – you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our Services.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information in four primary ways:

Examples include:

  • Contact details (name, email, phone number, company, job title)

  • Form submissions (demo requests, workshop registration, inquiries, downloads)

  • SMS opt-in data, help requests, and STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE messages

 

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website or interact with our digital tools, we may collect:

  • Cookies and tracking technologies (see Cookie Policy below)

  • CRM analytics events, conversion actions, traffic behavior

  • UTM parameters for marketing attribution

We do not attempt to identify individuals from aggregated or anonymized analytics data.
 

1.3 Information from Integrations You Authorize

If you connect a system to Dataliction (e.g., CRM, Airtable, Twilio/VAPI, HubSpot):

  • We may receive data necessary to perform the Service

  • Data includes contact records, usage logs, business metrics, workflows, and identifiers

  • API logs may include timestamps, request metadata, and system events

We do not access or integrate with a system except as authorized by you or your organization. 

 

1.4 Information from SMS Programs

To comply with 10DLC requirements, we collect:

  • Mobile phone number

  • Opt-in consent data (time, date, method)

  • Messages sent and received

  • STOP/HELP requests

  • Message delivery metadata

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

 

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

 

2.1 Deliver and Improve Dataliction Services

  • Provide analytics insights, dashboards, reports, and recommendations

  • Operate and improve AI tools, automations, and voicebots

  • Implement integrations or data pipelines

  • Troubleshoot issues or optimize performance

  • Deliver consulting, coaching, workshops, and strategic advisement as requested by you or your organization

You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time.

2.4 Maintain Security & Compliance

  • Detect misuse of AI tools or integrations

  • Meet U.S. 10DLC, CTIA, and carrier compliance obligations

  • Comply with legal or regulatory requirements

 

3. HOW WE PROCESS INFORMATION IN AI TOOLS

Dataliction uses AI systems – including LLMs and automations – to support and enhance our services.

We want to be transparent:

 

3.1 AI May Process Your Inputs

Your prompts, uploads, or instructions may be processed by:

  • AI models

  • Workflow engines

  • Rule-based automations

  • Voicebot transcription systems

This processing is for the purpose of delivering, maintaining, and improving the requested service. 

 

3.2 Logging and Monitoring

AI systems may log:

  • Inputs and outputs

  • Metadata (timestamps, user IDs, session IDs)

  • Errors, performance data, or misuse patterns

We use logs to:

  • Improve quality

  • Troubleshoot issues

  • Ensure compliance and prevent abuses of the system

 

3.3 Third-Party AI Providers

Some AI functions may run on:

  • OpenAI

  • Anthropic

  • Google Vertex AI

  • Microsoft Azure OpenAI

  • Twilio / VAPI

  • Other secure AI engines

You authorize Dataliction to share necessary information with these providers solely to deliver the AI service.

Dataliction does not allow your business data to be used to train public models.

 

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

Dataliction does not sell your information.

We may share information only with:

 

4.1 Service Providers

Examples:

  • Cloud hosting providers

  • SMS carriers / Vonage

  • CRM platforms

  • Analytics and marketing tools

  • AI service providers

  • Payment processors

  • Data processing partners

We do not share information with service providers except as necessary to perform services on our behalf. 

These providers are contractually required to protect your data.

 

4.2 Compliance, Legal & Safety

We may disclose information if required to:

4.3 Business Transfers

If Dataliction undergoes a merger, acquisition, investment, or sale:

5. SMS PRIVACY DISCLOSURES

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

 

5.2 SMS Consent and Transparency

We collect and store:

  • Opt-in request

  • Opt-in method

  • Timestamp of consent

  • Mobile number

  • Message logs (delivery receipts, STOP/HELP requests)

These records are required by U.S. carriers to verify compliance.

 

5.3 STOP/HELP Requirements

When you text:

  • STOP – you will no longer receive messages

  • HELP – you will receive support contact details

 

5.4 SMS Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. 

 

5.5 Data Retention for SMS

We retain SMS logs only as long as:

  • Required for compliance

  • Necessary to operate messaging programs

  • Required by carrier rules

  • Or until you request deletion (subject to legal retention needs)

 

6. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Please refer to the Cookies & Tracking section of our Terms & Conditions.
 

We use cookies for:

  • Website performance

  • Analytics and usage insights

  • Security and fraud prevention

If we learn we have received such information, we will delete it.

 

11. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Dataliction primarily serves U.S.-based customers.

If you access our Services from outside the U.S., you acknowledge your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions with different privacy protections.

 

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When changes are made:

  • We will update the “Last Updated” date

  • We may also notify you via email or through the Services where appropriate.
