As a data-driven strategist and growth coach, I partner with founders, and CEOs to launch high-impact growth initiatives, communicate vision with clarity, and scale with precision.​​

Head of Growth
Chris brings 10+ years of experience in M&A advisory and corporate consulting across Big Four, in-house, and legal environments. My background includes leading complex transactions, advising executives, managing high-stakes compliance matters, and building trusted partnerships that support strategic decision-making. Today, I leverage that multidisciplinary foundation to guide teams through AI adoption, process optimization, and digital acceleration. As an Executive Assistant who’s been supporting C-suite leaders since 2021, I'm driven by a deep commitment to helping others succeed. My background spans multiple industries including manufacturing, consulting, clinical/therapy, and non-profits - providing me with a well-rounded, adaptable approach. In addition to my corporate work, I serve in the non-profit space, connecting military-affiliated individuals to vital resources for family, career, transition, and overall wellness.

Everly Coleman
Business Analysis Consultant
Everly Coleman is an analytics strategist with experience supporting complex healthcare, government systems and QSR's. As a Government Innovation Fellow with the Harvard Kennedy School Government Performance Lab and a leader in analytics at Indiana University Health, she built forecasting models, executive dashboards, and GIS analyses to guide strategic decision making. During COVID-19, she served as a technical subject matter expert to the Indiana State Department of Health’s Vaccine Advisory Council. She specializes in Python, SQL, Monte Carlo simulation, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insight.
